Refund Policy

The Consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping costs to send the Goods back to the Seller’s registered office. The 14-day period starts from the date the goods are delivered. After this 14-day period, the Seller will no longer be able to accept the return. If the Consumer uses the Goods before the end of the 14-day period, they waive their right of withdrawal.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The Consumer must notify the Seller in writing with acknowledgment of receipt of their decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires, by one of the following means:

• Using the model withdrawal form set out in Annex 2 of Book VI (“Market Practices and Consumer Protection”) of the Code of Economic Law; or

• Making another clear and unambiguous statement setting out the decision to withdraw from the contract.

The Consumer exercising the right of withdrawal must return the Goods to the Seller no later than 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods, as well as the risks associated with the return.

Without prejudice to the Consumer’s right to handle the Goods to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning, the Goods must be returned to the Seller in the condition received, in perfect condition, unused and with tags attached. The returned Goods must be accompanied by the invoice and delivery note.

Any return for which the sender cannot be identified and/or which does not meet the required conditions (notably deadlines or condition of the Goods) will be refused. Where applicable, the Goods may be sent back to the Client, subject to payment of the shipping costs.

If the return is accepted—provided all return conditions have been strictly met and the Seller has received the Goods—the order will be refunded within 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw in accordance with this article, using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction. The refunded amount will in all cases be limited to the sums actually paid by the Consumer. The Seller does not refund any additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
